At about 1211 pm on 9-24-12, Marshall County Sheriff's Deputies and emergency personnel responded to the 2600 mile of Reed Ave. ( Hwy 14, 2.5 miles south of Marshalltown ) regarding a report of a two-vehicle collision with injuries.

Kidnapping

At about 9:00pm on August 15, 2012, Marshall County Deputies responded to the area of 248th St. and Oaks Ave., southwest of Marshalltown, in regards to a woman who called in from an area resident's house, advising she had been kidnapped.

Dogs Running at Large

August 10, 2012

At approximately 1950 hrs on 08/09/2012, a deputy was dispatched to 207 West Chicago Street in Albion Iowa in reference to a complaint involving a violation of the City's ordinance which covers dogs running at large.

Authorities conducted a search for a missing 26 year old man along the Iowa River in eastern rural Marshall County.
