When and where are sheriff (foreclosure) sales conducted?
All sales are conducted at the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, located at 2369 Jessup Avenue, Marshalltown, IA.
Sales start at 10:00 a.m. on the date of sale. The Sheriff’s Office only conducts sales on Tuesdays, barring unforeseen circumstances.
