MIDTF Serves Narcotic Search Warrant

On November 5th, 2025, investigators with the Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force served a narcotics search warrant at 109 W. State St, Marshalltown, Iowa.

As a result of this investigation, four suspects were arrested and jailed on various criminal drug charges:

Michael Wabaunasee, 41 of Marshalltown

  • Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance w/ Intent to Deliver (meth) B -Felony
  • Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance (Psilocybin Mushrooms) 3rd or Subsequent -      D Felony
  • Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp – D Felony

Sammie Watters, 51 of Marshalltown

  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Prohibited Acts – Aggravated Misdemeanor

Christina Fecht, 54 of Marshalltown

  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Tiffany Davis, 33 of Marshalltown

  • Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (meth) 2nd Offense Aggravated Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Investigators conducting a search of the residence uncovered evidence of drug use and distribution. Authorities seized methamphetamine, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, and various drug-related paraphernalia.

The Mid Iowa Drug Task Force executed the search warrant with assistance from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Marshalltown Police Department, and the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement.

The Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force is funded by a grant, through the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and the Governor's Office of Drug Control Policy.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office wishes to remind everyone that a criminal charge is merely an accusation, and a person charged with a criminal offense is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
