Offenders may call the Marshall County Jail at (641) 754-6380, request to speak with a sex offender registry officer and schedule an appointment. Registrations are completed at the Marshall County Jail located at 2369 Jessup Avenue (rural Marshalltown) Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. with certain times unavailable due to facility operations. A weekend appointment may be arranged if an exception is approved.

Register with the Sheriff's Office initially upon moving to Marshall County. You must provide all information specified by Iowa Code Chapter 692A at the time of your initial registration and within five (5) business days of any change in that information.
An annual registration fee of $25.00 must be paid in cash at the time of registration.
